  • Move-In / Move-Out: Starting $300 (depends on size, covers appliances, cabinets, full reset).

Add-ons: Fridge ($25), Oven ($25), Windows ($50), Extra Bathroom ($30).

  • Small Office (under 2,000 sq ft): $250/month (weekly cleaning, desks, bins, restrooms).
  • Medium Office (2,000–5,000 sq ft): $600/month (2x weekly cleaning).
  • Custom Corporate Package: Starting at $0.12/sq ft, tailored to office size and frequency.

Add-ons: Carpet shampoo ($150), Glass/Windows ($100), Post-Event Reset ($200).

Airbnb/Rental Cleaning

  • 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath: $90 per turnover
  • 2 Bedroom / 1–2 Bath: $120 per turnover
  • 3+ Bedroom Property: $160–$200 per turnover

👉 Includes linens change, basic restock (soap, toilet rolls), photo-checklist for hosts.
👉 Long-term rentals (monthly/bi-monthly) get 10% discount.

  • What services do you offer? 
    Residential and commercial cleaning: recurring, deep cleans, 
    move-in/move-out, and add-ons (oven, fridge, windows).

  • How do I pay?
    Securely via Stripe or PayPal at booking. We do not store card numbers.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule?
    Yes. Cancel >24 hours before appointment for a full refund.
    Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% fee or $25 minimum.

  • Do your cleaners bring supplies? 
    Yes, we bring professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise specified.

  • Are your cleaners insured?
    Yes, our team is insured. Certificates are available on request.

  • What if something is damaged?
    Report within 48 hours with photos.
    We will investigate and cover verified damages up to our liability limit or via our insurer.

  • Do you charge tax?
    Sales tax for Texas: 8.25% applied at checkout.
    For other states, tax will reflect local rules.

  • How do I make a complaint?
    Email [email protected] with booking number and photos (if any). 
    We aim to reply within 5 business days.

  • Can you provide invoices for business expense claims?
    Yes, invoices available on request and included with each booking confirmation.
