Agreement
By booking services with Dust and Done you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including deep cleans, recurring maintenance, and move-in/move-out services as described at booking.
Booking & payment
Payment required at booking via Stripe or PayPal. Prices listed online may vary depending on scope. Quotes provided are valid for 14 days. You must provide accurate information (address, access instructions, parking).
Cancellations & refunds
Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours: 25% of booking total or $25, whichever is greater, charged as a cancellation fee. No-shows: may incur a 50% fee unless valid reason provided. Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customer responsibilities
Provide safe and accessible entry and secure valuables prior to service. Disclose pets, hazards, or special cleaning requirements in advance. If entry cannot be provided, a missed-service fee may apply.
Service standards & complaints
We aim for professional service. If unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours to request remediation. We will investigate and provide remedies where appropriate (re-clean or refund in part).
Liability & insurance
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed. Our liability for direct damages is capped at the greater of the booking fee paid or $500. We are insured — certificates available on request.
Damages & claims
Report damage within 48 hours with photos. We will investigate and work with our insurer when needed.
Termination & refusal of service
We may refuse or terminate service for safety concerns, abusive behavior, or fraud.
Intellectual property
Site content and materials are owned by Dust and Done. Do not reuse without permission.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts of Texas unless parties agree to arbitration in writing.
Changes to Terms
We may update Terms. Users will be notified and the “Last updated” date will change.
